Jack and Annie are transported by the Magic Tree House to a dense tiger reserve in the jungles of India at twilight. Their mission from Morgan le Fay is to find the next rhyming couplet to help break the spell on her brother, Teddy. They quickly discover the beauty and danger of the jungle, encountering various animals and the ever-present threat of a massive Bengal tiger and her cubs. The siblings must find a rare, hidden flower while simultaneously navigating the dense forest and protecting the endangered animals. They become aware of the threat of ruthless poachers operating within the reserve. Jack and Annie must use their knowledge and teamwork to outsmart the poachers and ensure the safety of the mother tiger and her young, relying on quick thinking and courage to complete their mission and escape the wild, beautiful wilderness before night fully descends.
