The Silver Chair is the sixth book published (fourth chronologically) in C.S. Lewis's fantasy series, The Chronicles of Narnia. Two children, Eustace Scrubb and Jill Pole, are sent to Narnia on a quest by Aslan to find the lost heir, Prince Rilian, son of King Caspian. They are joined by the pessimistic Marsh-wiggle, Puddleglum. Their quest takes them deep underground to a land ruled by the evil Green Witch. The story is a profound exploration of faith, courage, and overcoming deception and doubt.
