Delivery & Swap Policy
Members who opt for collection from our office instead of home delivery
can enjoy unlimited book swaps for the monthly subscription charge of their chosen plan.
Members who choose home delivery are entitled to
two free deliveries per month.
Any additional deliveries beyond the free limit may be chargeable.
The refundable deposit will be returned at the time of membership closure,
subject to books being returned in good condition.
