Answer: You can keep the books for one month in general. For example, if you get delivery on 10 April, you can keep them until 10 May.
Answer: Yes. Beyond the one-month period, a late fee of Rs 15 per book per week will apply for the whole lot. In the above example, late charges will apply from 11 May.
Answer: Yes. One side delivery/returns will attract delivery charges.
Answer: We believe you will take great care of our books. For major damages/loss, 50% of book cost will be deducted from advance.
Answer: No delivery charges for pickup and drop at the same time. But for one-way delivery/pick-up, charges will apply.
Answer: At present, we provide free delivery only within a 5 km radius from our place.
