1) When does my account start?

Answer: Your account starts from the date of payment.

2) If I am entitled to 6 free deliveries for a 3-month plan, can I use them in one or two months?

Answer: No. In any one month, only 2 swaps/free deliveries are allowed for members who have chosen the home-delivery option.

3) Can I change my plan in the middle of a subscription?

Answer: Yes. After deducting dues for the current period, the new plan will be activated.

4) To which places do you offer free delivery?

Answer: Currently, free delivery is available only to the following areas:
West Mambalam, Ashok Nagar, Kodambakkam, Saidapet, T Nagar, and KK Nagar.

5) Which payment methods do you accept?

Answer: We accept payments only through Cash, PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), and Paytm.

6) What if I change my address?

Answer: Please inform us about the change. Your new address will be updated in our records.

7) What happens in case of loss or damage to books?

Answer: We expect you to take good care of the books. In case of loss or serious damage, the book price will be deducted from the refundable deposit.

8) Do you offer an unlimited number of swaps?

Answer: Yes. Members who choose to collect books directly from our office at 5, Naickamar Street, West Mambalam can enjoy unlimited visits and unlimited book swaps.

9) Can I choose both home delivery and pickup from office?

Answer: No. Only the delivery model selected at the beginning of the subscription will be applicable.
