Last Lemonade Standing is an entry in the Nancy Drew Clue Book series, aimed at younger readers. Nancy Drew, Bess, and George decide to set up their own lemonade stand to raise money for a local animal shelter. However, they soon discover their stand is being mysteriously sabotaged—their ingredients are messed with, their money disappears, and their customers vanish. It appears someone is trying to put them out of business. Nancy must investigate the competition, which includes other neighborhood kids and possibly a grumpy adult. The girls must use their detective skills to find out who wants to be the last lemonade standing and why they are willing to resort to such petty crimes.
