Rihanna the Seahorse Fairy is an entry in the Ocean Fairies or a similar sub-series of Rainbow Magic. Rihanna is the magical being responsible for the safety and magic of the seahorses in the oceans. When her essential magical item is taken by the wicked Jack Frost and his sea goblins, the magic of the seahorses is lost, causing the delicate creatures to become lost or the sea life around them to become disorganized and unhealthy. The human friends, Rachel Walker and Kirsty Tate, must help Rihanna search for the missing item. Their quest involves diving into the beautiful and dangerous underwater world to restore the magic and protect the enchanting seahorses.
