Claw the Giant Monkey is a Beast from Series 2, The Dark Realm. Claw is a massive, highly agile primate Beast whose dark magic gives him incredible strength and speed for climbing and swinging, making him a dominant force in his forest or jungle domain. Tom’s quest is set in an environment where Claw can attack from above and move with blurring speed, utilizing vines and trees as weapons. Tom must counter Claw's agility and massive strength, often requiring the use of fire or strategic felling of trees to force the Beast to fight on unfavorable, open ground.
