Mr Gum and the Power Crystals is a highly ridiculous and humorous novel from the popular Mr Gum series. The titular anti-hero, Mr. Gum, is the cruelest, dirtiest, and generally most unpleasant man in the fictional town of Lamonic Bibber. In this installment, Mr. Gum and his grumpy accomplice, Billy William the Third, gain possession of magical Power Crystals, which they intend to use for a new, ridiculous, and evil scheme to terrorize Lamonic Bibber. It's up to the kind young girl Polly to stop them, leading to a typically chaotic, silly, and over-the-top confrontation involving magical elements.
