Star Wars: Jedi Academy is the first book in an illustrated novel series set in the Star Wars universe. The story is presented through the diary and drawings of Roan Novachez, a young boy who fails to get into pilot school but is surprisingly accepted into the Jedi Academy. The book chronicles Roan's hilarious, often clumsy, attempts to fit in, make friends, learn to use the Force, and deal with typical middle school issues (like bullies and terrible classes) in a galactic setting.
