This is the sixth, and perhaps most disgustingly hilarious, adventure in the Captain Underpants series. The story involves the inevitable clash between two of George and Harold's most notorious villains. Melvin Sneedly, the nerdy tattletale, transforms himself into the incredibly powerful, giant Bionic Booger Boy. George and Harold must enlist the help of Captain Underpants and the Wicked Wedgie Woman (transformed back into their teacher, Ms. Ribble) to stop the snot-powered menace. The book is filled with flip-o-rama pages, silly humor, and gross-out gags as the heroes try to defeat the mucus-fueled monster, resulting in a chaotic and messy battle that tests the limits of their creativity and the reader's tolerance for disgusting villains.
