Ruby the Red Fairy is the first of the original seven Rainbow Fairies. The story is foundational to the entire Rainbow Magic series: Jack Frost has stolen the seven fairies' magical items, causing all color to drain from Fairyland and the human world. Rachel Walker and Kirsty Tate must help Ruby retrieve her red magical item, which controls all red things, from roses to apples. The quest involves a series of easy but exciting challenges to outwit the goblins and restore the color red and the rest of the rainbow to the magical world.
